The guy sitting in the row in front of these two is on Facebook, while the guy behind Hennessy is checking out the baseball scores.
These are the folks that couldn't get the budget out on time and have taken control your health care, cap and trade, and the list goes on....
Larry, I was at a hearing in the Senate Transportation Committee a couple of years ago and two of them were actually playing Gin Rummy with a deck of real cards while officials from WSF were explaining why they couldn't meet some of the project deadlines that had been ordered by that same committee.
